What is the message behind Rumi's teachings?
Rumi, one of the most beloved Sufi mystics and poets, has left behind a rich legacy of teachings that continue to inspire and guide people across the world. His message, although often conveyed through poetic verses, is simple yet profound: love is the ultimate path to spiritual enlightenment.
Rumi believed that the essence of all religions and spiritual practices is love. He saw love as the force that connects all beings and the source of all creation. In his famous poem, "Only Breath," he writes, "Not Christian or Jew or Muslim, not Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi, or Zen. Not any religion or cultural system. I am not from the East or the West, not out of the ocean or up from the ground, not natural or ethereal, not
